If you're not happy with Kwalitye, we'll refund your subscription within 30 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
Email us at refunds@kwalitye.com with:
We'll process your refund within 5 business days. The money will appear in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us.
When you cancel:
Free scans are always free. No refund needed because there's nothing to refund.
We don't offer partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of that billing period.
If you have an issue, please contact us first. Chargebacks cost us fees and can result in account suspension. We're here to help and will work with you to resolve any problems.
